Sooooo

Has anyone else got this. I went to the doctors because I thought I had a yeast infection so I wanted to get tested to make sure I got tested and I don’t have one I have a UTI and also they said a vaginal infection that females only get when pregnant or breast feeding and I swear it feels like my period is coming I’ve been cramping like normal and everything the only thing that’s changed is my nipples are big asf and hurt realllly bad but I know that, that can be a period symptom. I don’t know this is weird for me
