Early labor?

Had my membranes stripped yesterday. Felt no different. Today I had sex and went on an hour long walk. Got home didn’t feel any different. Went to dinner with family, came home and decided to relax in the bath. While I was taking a bath I noticed some pain starting in my right hip and going into my thigh but not reaching my knee. When I got out I’d lost more mucus plug (I’ve been losing it for weeks) . Now there is pain from my middle back down to my thigh mainly on the right side but feeling it a little on the left. Could this be early labor? Or just ligament pain?
