Back labor or just normal back pain?

I am 40 weeks and 2 days last night I woke up with lower back pain and still have it this morning. It feels almost like the back pain I would get when I was about to start my period. But part of me thinks maybe I just slept in a weird position. Any advice on how to tell the difference?

Back labour is usually incredibly painful while back pain in general is easily bearable in comparison. I had back labour with my son and from the very first contraction it was blinding, searing pain up my spine. No pause in pain between contractions, just constant with peaks of it being a bit worse. I couldn't really walk, I had to crawl or lean on things to get around. It was unmistakably back labour, I never had to question if I was in labour or not.
