LADIES HELP!

Goodmorning ladies so I’m beyond scared , freaked out. Yesterday I got home from work & I went to the bathroom I seen a little thing of blood I freaked out . And when I wiped it was just pink. Now this morning I go to the bathroom , I see nothing. I’m still nauseous, and having fatigue. But my nipples aren’t as sore as they were . Should I be worried , should I consult a doctor . I had a miscarriage before and I’ll be so hurt broken if this happens again 😔😔
