can uti symptoms be an std?

i’ve been cramping and yesterday i peed and i felt like i still had to pee but nothing came out which scared me and then i just got up to pee this morning and when i was done i had the same feeling but i actually peed a small bit more.

i used someone’s toy and now i’m freaking the fuck out because it’s been a few weeks and now this is starting. i can’t go get tested because of my parents and i don’t know what any of this means

edit: yes i know it’s disgusting- i don’t know why i did it except for just being the biggest fucking idiot in the moment but thank you guys for stating the obvious.

should i get an std test while i’m at the doctor to make sure it’s not just a uti? if i do that is there a way my parents won’t find out through bills or anything?

also another reason i’m freaking out is because my boyfriend has a small cut on his penis and it doesn’t look like an oozing sore or anything and he said it happens sometimes because of the friction from having a lot of sex (he was born with peepee complications from the start so it could be that) but if i gave him something just from being a fucking idiot i’m literally going to kill myself. mark my words.
