Anyone hit their second trimester and not gain any weight? (Aside from those who had HG I know you guys lose a lot of weight)

I’ll be 16 weeks tomorrow. I had bad morning sickness in the beginning, honestly thought I was close to being diagnosed with HG but it wasn’t hospital worthy. Anyway it has improved. I eat regular meals and what not. And yet I haven’t gained anything. I’ve actually lost about 2lbs in the last two weeks.

I had this issue with my son but was nauseous the whole pregnancy and had little to no appetite nearly every day.

So I’m not sure if I should be doing anything. Obviously I don’t want to gain a TON of weight but I know right now weight gain is healthy for me and the baby.
