Dog giving birth

I dreamt my husband and I had a dog and we had no idea she was pregnant and she gave birth! I dreamt that I had held the puppy and ran upstairs to sterilize a baby bottle I had bought the week before so I could feed the puppy

We’ve been TTC for almost a year and I’m seeing my dr today actually for a hormone blood draw because my dr told me I actually have milk in my ducts (even though I breastfed 9 years ago). Weird

Anyone have a dream like this too?
