Weird white clumps 37 weeks pregnant

What is this? I was just at my OB appointment today and checked for dilation so i don’t know if that triggered something or what. But all of a sudden I have this little bit of white clumpy stuff with discharge. The first time I saw it was a clump bigger than what’s in the picture- but thick and almost like play doh or something, meaning not runny at all. No other itching, smell or symptoms, and showered this morning so not from not washing or anything.
