Hey ladies. For the past four months, or so, everytime I'm about 3 or so days away from my period, as well as on my period, I frequently sneeze during this time in my cycle.

I don't have allergies, nor am I sick.

The sneezing always happens during this time only.

And, when it happens days leading up to my period, it's a tale tell sign that, the crimson wave, is literally right around the corner.

I did some research online, and it said sneezing during this time is normal because, of elevated hormones.

Once my period is over, the sneezing stops.

Does anyone else experience this?
