Sleeping with a tampon in
So today my friend told me it was bad to sleep with a tampon in.. is that true? I just hate pads and want to stop wearing them to bed and I mentioned just wearing tampons to bed and she said not to because it was mad for my body. So I wanted to know- does anyone sleep in a tampon? Will I be okay to sleep in it?
