Formula?

Mommies that decided to formula feed. How many ml are you giving your baby?? And how often??? I feel like husband is trying to over feed baby.

It says on the tub how much they should be getting, if baby drinks all of that and still wants more, just add another oz to babies feed and go from there.

We always fed on demand. My girl started as a newborn drinking 5-15mls a feeding (every 1-2hrs) she was always a grazer and by 1-2 months she would do around 30-60mls per feeding (sometimes less but more frequently when she cluster fed), now at 8 months she is doing 120-180mls which is on the low side, but again she grazes (so every 2-2.5hrs) and has 3 solid meals a day with snacks.

My 10w drinks 5oz per feeding every 3 hrs. At night time he will start off w a 6 oz nottle before bed.

I feed my 3 week old 4oz every 3-4 hours. 3oz isn't enough because she is still hungry and the doctor said that it was okay to give her 4oz. She's becoming a chunky monkey hah! She's a preemie born at 34 weeks and she's growing so fast!

Be sure to pace feed the bottles (regardless of what type of formula you use, or breast milk) that way baby doesn't gulp down the bottles too fast and realise that they are full so you avoid overfeeding.
