OPKs and help
Hey everyone!
We’ve been TTC since January (6 months now)- I had been on nexplanon for 8 years. I have had no other kids and one possible mc. I have been tracking my cycle fairly consistently and have a regular cycle. I take Maca root as well as a pre-natal. I just received my order of OPKs- I am on cycle day 6- when should I start testing? And is there anything else we should be doing? Or can do? TIA 💕
