Inverted nipples

I’m 18 and I thought that my nipples wouldn’t stay inverted forever but now it’s obvious that they will. Sometimes they go hard but even then it’s not much and I’m very self conscious about them. I had a boyfriend for a year and I never let him see them because I was scared of what he’d have thought and now I’ve started talking to a new boy and I’m very scared of what he’ll think!
