Pain during sex please help

I posted this earlier but i need some feedback So last night me and hubs had sex and it felt normal like any other time but today OMG it was sooooooooo painful i had to tell him to stop. Ive never experienced this and a few days ago i went to the doctors for cramping that went away after 3 days, no stds no uti or anything. I dont remember sex being painful with my son only uncomfortable. Could i be pregnant? Or should i be worried I wasnt planning on testing until i was late af shows in 3 days. Any and every experience are welcomed !
