Without at least tracking cervical fluid, there’s no way to tell. BBT can have a 2-4 day delay after ovulation before spiking. The only thing that’s for certain is that you likely ovulated within 4 days of your initial temp rise.

Also the triangles mean you took the temp not at your usual time . I don’t know how that will impact your chart. Sorry
