Y’all I’m so nervous but super excited to give birth😩😩💙 I can’t wait to meet my son! His name is Kamari💙🖤 my sweet baby!! I have a question for everyone ... what helped you get thru your contractions? Breathing a certain way?? Sitting a certain way? I’m so scared to feel them because I know they can be consistent and I can’t handle pain well😕
