Questions?????

Ok guys so I am 7 months pp I have not had a period in those 7 month. Me an my fiancé do not use condoms or birth control. I know we’re crazy but we have our reasons. So on Mother’s Day we did the nasty an he did not pull out😅 I know there is a very strong chance I could be pregnant but I took two tests one Tuesday an one Wednesday both morning pee. Both negative but Iv been having cramping in my ovaries an I don’t know what to think. what do y’all think ??
