Gallbladder removal with little one question

I’m having my gallbladder removed in 2 weeks. I have a 5month old daughter who’s currently 14lbs. I’ve had a few ppl tell me I’m going to need someone to stay and help (in addition to my husband) bc I won’t be able to lift her.

I figured the day of surgery and the day after I may really need to rely on my husband, but after that, as long as I take it easy, idk why I’d need anymore help or not be able to take care of my daughter like I should? I didn’t have any extra help after giving birth which seems a bit more intense than gallbladder removal, so I don’t see why I’d need the extra help?

Has anyone had theirs removed with little ones? Were you able to go back to picking up/moving them in a day or so? Or am I really going to still need help for a bit?
