Bank account

I'm currently 16 and my mom has her own business and allows me to work for her. I get paid 10/per hour, so I've accumulated some money. I'd really like to talk to her ab getting a bank account and a card(not sure what debit/credit means, still have to look into it) but I'm not sure how to go ab it. I really want my own card because she only trusts Amazon and that's limiting what she'll order for me. She is with Wells Fargo so I'd likely be using that bank as well. If anyone knows how to go ab asking, that'd be great. And if anyone has anything to say on how to manage a bank account or what comes with it, that'd be great. Thanks (:
