Jumpy legs??

Soo I’m going on 11 weeks with my 2nd. I’ve noticed at night while trying to sleep, not only am I tossing and turning my legs are quite jumpy it’s weird. I have my 1st Dr. appt tomorrow so I guess I’ll ask her abt it. Has anyone experienced this though??

I am 9weeks 4 days and I experience something in my legs aswell! Not jumping but kinda a itch in my knees that wont go away and I feel I need to stretch out my feet constantly. Gives me a leg cramp if I stretch to hard 😅

I think it is called restless leg syndrome which is common during pregnancy. Try elevating your legs by using a pillow, it might help.

i get it every friken day sitting down watching tv. i’ll usually clean or walk around or something
