TMI BY THE WAY but ples help

Ok so I went to pee early an I had this is this spotting ??

my period is due till 11 more days

I hav had som chang in me

1)nipples feel sore tingly an most the tim now their a bit harder

2)mood changes

3) bloated weiat line feels full

4)sensitiv to smell

5)feelin not myself latly

6)left leg cramps up lil more

Ok so this is wat ive noticed in me please help

I dont want my head planin games with me

An I really dont hav anybody close for help
