New pregnancy what do I do now?

I JUST found out I’m pregnant and I’m so excited but A nervous wave just came over me aha.
What do I do now????!! With this virus going on am I able to go to the doctors to double check (I like to be reinsured) ?? 
Who do I contact to talk to about the situation and the next steps to take?
I think I’m so overwhelmed right now.
My mum could probably help but I’m not wanting to tell anyone other than my partner right now (going to be a surprise) 
Please someone guide me to the right path 😅😆

I'm not in the UK but live in a small town in the middle of nowhere in canada lol what I do is call to get blood work to confirm even with covid they still see you. I then booked my first prenatal appointment with my GP. I called my obgyn to have her aware that I'm pregnant again. So in your case I would call to gey blood work to confirm and talk to your dr. to see if they would recommend a good obgyn or you can do research and find one and call and make an appointment with them. Once you speak to yoir dr or an obgyn they will let you know of everything you need to do. Congratulations!!

make an appointment with your OB as soon as possible. you'll probably be seen at 8 weeks. drink lots of water, eat healthy, and get a prenatal vitamin with DHA & folic acid. congrats!
