Bleeding after sex, with IUD

Hi, I’m gonna be making a doctors appointment soon but I was wondering if this seems to be a normal thing. I’ve had the Lyletta IUD since December. I had about a month long period after that and I haven’t had one since. I seem to bleed every single time I have sex, even if it’s not rough. It happens either during or after, but I don’t bleed any other time. Is this a normal thing?
