First baby early?

I am a first time mom expecting out baby boy on September 17! We are so excited how close did you guys have your first baby to their due date? I hear sometimes they can come early 😬. I want baby to be born at the right time but I’m also anxious to meet him 😢 so many emotions.

My first was 3 weeks early and a very fast labour so I’ve been told to prepare for the same but there’s no way of knowing - they are all different!

My first was 12 days past due and I’ve read 41 weeks or so is common for first time pregnancies! Hoping #2 is right on time! Haha 😆

It’s so hard to predict when they’re going to come because so many different factors come into play!

My first born was due April 4th and he came March 17th. At 37w and a few days.My second son was due Oct. 7th and he was born Sept. 25. At 38w and a few days. The day before my second son was born I had an appointment and the dr. Swept my membranes which started labor 8 hours later. My first born, his water broke on his own. I just would watch for the signs that labor is coming soon to give you an idea and trust your instincts. I always knew my first born would come early. I could just feel it. My second born I could feel would stay in to close to his due date. If the dr. Didn't sweep my membranes (he did so without asking), then I think my son would have gone even closer to his due date. My dr. Did NOT want him born after Oct. 1. My firstborn weighed 6lb. 13oz. And the ultrasound showed he was more towards 8lbs. My second son was 7lbs. 1 oz. So neither were huge either. I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant with a girl, I keep thinking she is coming early too. She has been on the small side, so I hope she doesn't come too early.

Due September 16th with a girl and I feel the same way. My mom said all three of her kids were 2 weeks early. I don’t want her to come too early but September seems so far away. Lmao. 91 days left. Congrats to you!
