Is it really wrong?!?!

i so my boyfriend and i are 19 we meet when we were 17 and when we meet he had a child that just turned 1 now i did not mind one bit i love kids and i love his daughter as if she were mine and she comfortable with me I've taken her to meet my friends a few time trips to park and the mall etc. My boyfriend and hopping to get her full time like late next year. Ive had ppl tell me i sholudnt date him because he has a kind and its not my job to care for his (more like my) daughter but i dont see it like that i love them both and they love me and i only do what i want its not as if i were being forced to care for her. And now my bf and i are ttc since September more ppl tell me its wrong but ive wanted a child of my own since before high school i was just wondering if anyone else thinks it wrong like an outside point of view

Take it slow. It is a lot to have a chilld full time. Maybe allow some time to adjust having her full time before adding your own baby to the mix. Having 2 kids is a huge adjustment even for people who have had 1 child with them the whole time before number 2 came around. So, my advice is take it slow.

I see nothing wrong with it. I'm 26 and  I have a 3yearold we live with my boyfriend and he cares for him while I'm at work. My son has a better relationship with him then his own dad. My bf and I are ttc for about 6 months now.....

I think it's actually really sad that they think that. If you love his daughter like she were your own why shouldn't you take care of her? I don't see anything wrong with that. It's also sad that people label children as "illegitimate". So basically if there is an "illegitimate" child it's okay if you don't take care of it? A child is a child.

If you feel comfortable with it and it really makes you happy then go for it! The people that are telling you not to do it are just looking out for you but it's your decision at the end of the day.

There is nothing wrong with that! My fiancé has a son, he's turning 4, and he's 19. I love both of them to death, you should too! Just because his daughter isn't biologically yours, that's no reason you should love her any less! And you're allowed to have your own child, there's nothing wrong at all.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with it. My dad married my mom even though she had a kid. Im with my fiance and he has a daughter that i have helped raised since she was less than a year old. She doesnt have to be my child for me to love her and want to care for her and she loves me so i dont see the problem and we do plan on having at least one of our own in a few years. Not sure why people would tell you not to be with him because of that. However you guys are still young. i would get his child first and adjust to having her full time and her adjust to being with you guys full time as well before having a child.
