Do you tell your significant other when you're going somewhere?

So, I grew up in a household with caring, anxious parents. They always had to know where we were, where we were going, that kind of thing.
So as an adult I'm wondering what others think: whether it's considerate to tell someone you live with Any time you're going out, or if life can be lived without that. I'd prefer not to have to do that. And I also married a worrier. 😔

I mean I was always told to make sure someone knows where you are if you’re going somewhere, just to be safe. Sometimes if I’m just gonna be in and out I don’t though, but usually I do.

Only if we live together or if I am to travel and of course he won't see me for a while (or if he wants me to bring back something)

Yes I do out of respect obviously that person cares for you and your well-being.
