Can it be a medical condition that make babies not take bottle or just preference? I want to take him off the breast for the day and see if he will tAke the bottle. Like I can’t even get someone to keep him so I can get a good hour of sleep or just go out alone. I’m exhausted 😩

Not sure if it’s medical but it’s definitely a preference. She refused the bottle so we went straight to the sippy cup. At the start she resisted and would only drink a few sips, but now that she knows she can still have the breast she takes both breast and cup without problems.

My little man only want the boob. Tried bottles and supply cups for a while but feel defeated lately. Guess he only want it from the tap lol. My daughter took whatever I would give her 🤷🏻‍♀️

My first born was the same way, we spent hundreds of dollars on bottles and she wouldn’t take one. I ended up waiting until she could go 4 hours without nursing (like 10-11 months) to go do things and work part time. She is a happy healthy 3 year old now without any medical conditions. Some babes just won’t take them!

Have you tried a cup? My son is doing really well with a straw cup for water, we haven't tried milk in it yet though. He isn't the biggest fan of bottles either although he will take one occasionally if he's really hungry.

My friend’s baby was the same way. She spent so much money on different bottles and her daughter just wouldn’t take any of them. 
She end up weaning off around 18 months I believe. Baby girl is healthy and no medical conditions.
