Trying to not panic

She had a fever 2 days ago that only went up to 101.7 once, since then she’s been fever free and back to her normal self. Now she started to rub on one eye a lot and it started to get red around it. Today she woke up with so many red spots. Spoke to her pediatrician after sending her some pictures and she said it may be a heat rash or the after affects of her fever. But now to me it has gotten worse. I’m thinkin HFM but idk. Now i noticed little dots popping up on her hand
