Help?
I need help loosing weight/fat. I have prom in the end of july and I dont have a lot of wiggle room in my dress. I've been drinking more water eating healthier and less between meals and exercising almost every day yet in the lat month I've went from 178 to 190. I just wanna know any tips and tricks yall have to help loose weight and fat so I can fit into my prom dress
