Not enough sex

I've been with my partner for 19 years and as always, at the beginning there was plenty of sex and affection. For at least the last 4/5 years hes been wanting less and less and im so unhappy. We are only mid thirties and i have needs. I try not to go on about it but this month we had it 3 times since my last period and im due again in 2 days (which he knows). He wont do it during period so i know since last sunday its going to be at least the end of next week before I'll have some 😳 I know everyone has different needs but if it was me who wanted less id at least make an effort if i knew he was unhappy! I mean it doesnt help when hes feeling me up, groping and making comments all day then at night he does a U turn and would rather watch tv. Hes even been hard before and still said no, so its a not a problem of arousal 🤷🏻‍♀️its like its in his head that I need to be rationed for instance he will often say "you had it yesterday" or "wow you've waited for 2 whole days" but I just want to feel wanted and satisfied. When we do have it hes done in a matter of minutes and im supposed to be content with that for the next week or more! Ive spoken to him several times about it but that doesnt help, neither does sexy outfits etc am I just destined to this for the next half of my life?! Would you leave someone for this??
