Pregnant after miscarriage

Hey everyone! In August 2019 I had a mmc at 10 weeks. I just found out I am pregnant again, about 4 weeks. The first few days I was very excited and positive, then today the anxiety hit me hard. I just want to go to the appointment already to check and make sure everything is okay. I am glad that my dr is seeing me earlier than normal but the wait is tough! How have y’all dealt with the fear and anxiety? I am definitely a person of faith and pray but this is a tough time, it’s hard not to worry!
