Vertigo as an early pregnancy sign?

So last time I was pregnant at the beginning of this year (turned out to be ectopic) one of the first signs I had was vertigo which at the time I thought was due to something else.

I began experiencing this about a week after ovulation and was really really bad for keeping me up at night. Once I got the MTX and the pregnancy began to go this disappeared...

We BD about a week ago and I’m now struggling with vertigo again. two nights ago wasn’t too bad but last night it had me up again loads!

Has anyone else had this around 4/5 days after ovulation and been pregnant? Also was the pregnancy okay?

I doubt I am but with it being how it was last time I’m starting to question it🤷🏻‍♀️💕
