Progesterone shot AND suppository?

I am now 11 weeks. At my last scan, my doctor found a small bleed (<1 CM) and prescribed weekly progesterone shots on top of the 200 g of progesterone suppositories (that’s 4 suppositories per day - 2 in the morning and 2 at night). I had the shots for my last pregnancy, so this does not surprise me, but my general understanding is that it’s either oral OR suppositories OR shots, not combined. I had my first shot on Thursday and I’ve been having severe symptoms Friday and Saturday including fatigue, nausea, dizziness, blurry vision, and sudden bouts of being very cold (which is normally very low blood pressure. I live in Singapore. It’s never actually cold). Is there such a thing as progesterone overdose? I will bring this up with my doctor next week, but I wanted to hear other’s experience. I’m thinking about stopping the suppositories.
