First ultrasound question

I have my first ultrasound in the morning and i was told to drink 24 oz of water and hold it for an hr before my appointment. The problem is i can barely hold my liquid in i drink one bottle of water and have to pee like 3 times with in the hour 😞 on top of that i have a uti which makes it holding it in worse. Any advice? Will they not be able to see the baby if i use the bathroom before?
