He said he’s not in love with me anymore

My kids father and I have two kids together and although we’ve been broken up for almost two years we have been spending time and sleeping together since day one. I thought he was still wanted to be with me deep down but I found out yesterday that he was in a relationship. He says he’s single now . But I’m heartbroken because I wanted him back so we could keep our family together but I left him almost two years ago because he kept cheating and choked me for looking in his phone . I love him and I feel unwanted . What do I do ? I feel hopeless and like there’s not a lot for me to live for other than my kids .
