Best weight loss apps?

I am currently 5'3" and 145-150. My weight fluctuates a lot and I can lose or gain 10 lbs in a matter of weeks. I want to drop to about 130. I'm playing a collegiate sport but we're in our off season. I want to know the best app to track weight loss, but also has tips for eating right and exercise! HELP! Please :) also, any tips anyone has. I eat fairly healthy and hardly ever eat out.
