Does chicken flavored stuffing go with steak? 🤔

I am trying to use some of our stockpile of food. We have some boxed stuffing mix. My husband is eating steak tonight and said he will eat whatever sides I eat (I don’t eat steak). I really want stuffing and mashed potatoes (I am pregnant and that’s all that sounds good), would that be stupid to make with steak?

Stuffing and potatoes sounds like a lot of carbs and starch for him. Maybe do baked potato or mashed with his steak with a veggie. You eat whatever with a veggie!

Works for me, I only ever tend to have chicken flavour stuffing and would eat it with whatever meat I choose to eat 🤷‍♀️

Why are people saying no??? I think you can make the sides you want like he said and not worry about it. If he wants anything different, he can make it himself. I think you’re overthinking it.
