Hanging Belly?

I had a c-section in January and I am left woth a hanging belly. I can’t lose weight and it won’t go away 😭 I can’t wear dresses or t shirts with my jeans because it looks so gross and I cry ALL of the time because of it ....idk what to do

Have a look at post c section workouts (lots on pintrest). Waist trainer tummy wraps have also helped me & made a visible difference plus lots of moisturiser and baby weight loss. I know how you feel but it has got better - slowly!

Workout,drink tons of water and eat healthy those alone can make a huge difference 💜also detox baths and dry brushing along with a good moisturizer 💜
