Relieving gas advice needed
It may be TMI for some people but this pregnancy I am having trouble with gas constantly! I’m 25 weeks with twins and this is one of my pregnancy symptoms that is hitting hard!
When I look up ways to relieve it, all I find are ways to prevent it. Drink plenty of water, watch your diet, etc. that’s not what I need lol.
I know with babies you can do certain exercises with their legs that helps them pass gas. Does anyone know of any exercises or sitting positions or remedies that can physically relieve gas and the pains that accompany it?
