Period help!

Okay, so this month my period started on the fifth. It wasn’t heavy but it was there. It just ended the day before yesterday and I don’t know why it was such a long period. I just got my period back 4 months ago from previously being on depo provera. The last shot I had with that was January 2019. My past period this year has been 5-6 days long then this month was 3 weeks long. What should I do? Or does anyone know why I was bleeding like this.
