Fibriods or False Doctor's report??? Please help 🙏

I went to the doc last week Tuesday for something minor but he ended up doing a sonar, and he tells me that I'm six weeks pregnant...
Which seems impossible for me because I went on my periods last month (May) and this month (June) a day after the predicted period day.
I bought a pregnancy test after I left his practice and I tested negative.
Could I have fibroids? Or did the doctor make a mistake?
