Would you divorce your husband if...?

My husband & I have been happily married for 4 years. We've never had any real problems other than financial challenges & the struggle of trying to conceive. However, recently he had to spend a weekend in to jail because he was stopped & the police found marijuana in his vehicle. I know my husband smokes but he vowed to be responsible about it (smoke at home). 5 years ago he went to jail for 30 days in a different state due to a simple possession charge so this incident was not a mistake, it was a choice. He told me he stopped riding around with it but this incident has proven him to be a liar. I know no one is perfect, I'm far from perfect. My husband is not a bad person, hes never laid a hand on me, he has a great job, he's been fully supportive during our ttc journey despite the financial, emotional, and spiritual strain amongst other noble things he has done. But I still don't know how to go about this situation. I don't even want to think about having children anytime soon because of this irresponsible decision he made. Being that we have no kids & a divorce would go a lot smoother because of that, should I leave now or should I try to work it out with him? Would you divorce your husband if you were in my shoes?
