Pregnant or stress?

As I posted earlier, I have no symptoms of pregnancy, had safe sex but am 7 days late. I ha da thirteen hour flight about two weeks ago, and two weeks before that had a traumatic injury resulting in a severe concussion and body lacerations. I’m not able to get to a test, but some insight would be amazing. During the injury I was also on some heavy pain medications that I’ve been off of for about three weeks now. Please I’m begging does anyone know what could be happening or am I pregnant?
