Glucose Test today
Just drank OJ when I woke up, and then googled if it’s ok to, and found tons of blogs saying not to 😂☹️ my doctor didn’t tell me what I can & cant have, only say to not have “a donut or something before hand” 😒
UPDATE/ it wasn’t that bad honestly, just like flat soda 🤷🏻♀️ I drank it pretty quick & felt ok after, just a little dizzy & headache now that I’m home
