Chemical Pregnancy on Clomid Round 2

My husband and I have been trying for 16 months. We had an early miscarriage the very first month & we just had a chemical pregnancy on round 2 of clomid 50 mg. Does anyone have any stories/experience with chemical pregnancies while on Clomid? Did anyone go on to have healthy babies from Clomid after having a chemical pregnancy while on it? My doctor mentioned a while back that we could also try Femara... wondering if that would be more effective? Thank you so much ❤️
