Next Ultrasound?

Just got my anatomy scan done at 18+4 and no issues detected! Just wondering when another ultrasound is typical after this point? My doctor did not clarify and now I have seen that some people don't get any other scans after this one!

Depends on your insurance and age, I get one at every appt just bc I’m 35.

I got one at 6w, 12w 20w and I won’t get one again until 32w

Ask your doctors office, it varies for everyone. I got one monthly and was not high risk, just standard practice for my doctor.

If you have no complications, you may not have another one unless you pay out of pocket for it. Most insurances will only cover 2 unless it’s medically necessary for more. ❤️

You wont get one unless you get a fjn self pay one or your dr thinks something is wrong and needs to check via ultrasound

my dr specifically told me in my 3rd trimester i will get another one, so it depends on your dr. personally i’m going to get a 3D/4D when i’m around 32 weeks, so regardless if i get one from my dr i’ll be seeing my baby again.
