Annoyed :(

We’re going on 9 years together and have 3 babies together. we’re not engaged but I know it’s coming but my SO doesn’t want a wedding. He wants to just go to town hall and get married. growing up I’ve always wanted this huge crazy wedding I told him I’d do a small family and close friends only wedding and he still doesn’t want that. I even said we can do town hall and go out to a nice dinner with our families but still no. He just wants to go to town hall just him and I with our kids and that’s it. I dont know what to do :(
