Toddler with egg allergy ?

We found out when he was about 7 months his eyes where swollen and his body was full of hives and red , he did a food challenge and blood test his blood test levels was a 44 for egg in which they said was pretty high but that was when he was 7 months now that he is almost 2 is there any hope he will grow out of it ?

He is getting more blood work done when he turns 2 to see if his blood levels dropped

Did you have a child that was allergic to eggs did they grow out of it ? If so what age ?

SN: he is able to have baked eggs so only cake, cupcakes
