Pain!!

I got my peak lh last night and it’s still peak tonight and I’m having pains on my right side by my ovary. Am I ovulating or am I having pcos symptoms? Not sure if I should go to the doctor or wait to take a test in two weeks? Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

I’ve never had pcos but I’m on cycle day 62 and this is new to me. Not sure if you can develop it after a child or not? Just wondering if it sounds like I’m having pcos or just strong ovulation pains?
