What should i do help

so about 4 hours ago i had sex with my boyfriend and the condom broke, he said he didn’t know if he came or not so that i should buy a plan b. I was on my second day of the fertile window and had finished my period four days ago which was already 12 days early due to the fact that i had taken 2 plan Bs in the span of 2 months. When i went to the bathroom, there was blood and i am still lightly bleeding 4 hours later. I don’t know if i should take another plan b due to the fact that it might mess up my hormones big time. i’m not sure what to do i don’t want to get pregnant. i’m not on birth control.
